At Knog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
